Sunday

Almost at that milestone. I took some active rest this week having only squatting from the bottom position on wednesday. I squatted 200 kg to the parallel bench. Solid. Followed that shit up with 180 kg x 5. Face nearly exploded.

Did a bunch of sets with 160 x3

Deadlift fast singles with bands wrapped around my feet.
