Friday 17th Feb

LAst night I managed to get my lab report done on time to go to the gym.

Jump Squats 5 x 3 worked up to 90 kg

Speed deadlifts 6 sets of 3 with 150

Farmers walks 4 sets with 170 kg.

Tricep pushdowns etc to get some sort of swole on.

This evening went very well. Wrapped up the wrist and got in 8 sets of 3 + 1 set of 7 with around 80 kg fat bar btns.

60 kg x 18 on incline
80 kg x 9
90 kg x 1
75 kg for some sets

Shrugs. Lots.
