Saturday

My gym was closed for some strange reason on Saturday so we hit the shitty monkstown gym.
It has one barbell and a stand, not a rack.

We went high volume on Standing military/push when it got hard. I was still in bits from drinking but it went well nonetheless.

12 sets of triples on military working up to 70 kg.

Flat pressed the 40s and had an outburst at a lad who got in the way of me pressing. Scared the shit out of him lol pretty mean because he was possibly retarded. Still though, I got 3 sets of 5 out of the 40 kg dumbells and wrist was too weak to press the 47.5's.

Lots of weighted chins etc.
