Monday 20/2/12

Managed to get through my spectroscopy write up. Shit had me worried!

I got some conditioning in after studying all day, yesterday.
Trap bar carries (focusing on speed)
Skipping
Varied grip chins.

Basically supersetted these till i thought enough was enough...

Diet still going strong, leaning out nicely but looking pretty flat.

Gonna hit up some speed bench now with bands 5 x 3
-Fat bar push press 4 x 8
-Flat dumbell press 4 x 8
Tricep pushdowns + fat bar bent over rows.
