I did some partials working up to 200 the other night, well, 10 sets of 2-3. These were supersetted with bench. I have become quite weak at behind the neck pressing and benching since my wrist injury. I can only get 100 kg for 3 now and 105 kg is my max.
Pin presses should get my strength up so Ill do these along with full ROM bench once a week. I havnt trained the deadlift, nor do i plan to really bar one max effort session next week.
As long as I get a 200 kg squat to depth Ill be happy. Im weighing 77/78 kg most days so ill keep my eye on the diet over the coming weeks. Its a 24 hour weigh in so ill be grand.
